SHIPPING POLICY

Order Issues: Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective items, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging

  • Photos of all items received

  • A written description of the issue

  • Your order number

Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacements.


Freight Shipments (LTL Deliveries)

Oversized items ship via LTL freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. You must respond to these communications. Failure to do so can result in:

  • Storage fees

  • Redelivery fees

  • Return-to-sender fees

All such fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Do not sign the delivery receipt until the shipment is fully inspected.
If any item is damaged or missing:

  • Do not sign

  • Reject the shipment

  • Contact us immediately

Signing acceptance may void our ability to assist with a freight claim.


Shipping and Fulfillment Through Brand Partners

Triple Seven works directly with manufacturers and brand partners to fulfill orders.

1. Standard Stock Items

Items routinely stocked by Triple Seven or our partners typically ship within 1–3 business days.

2. Special Order Items

Some products are designated as Special Order, meaning:

  • They are not regularly stocked

  • They are manufactured or sourced specifically for your order

  • Lead times vary based on the manufacturer

  • Once submitted, Special Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded

Submitting a Special Order indicates acceptance of these terms.

3. Manufacturer Direct Shipping

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer’s facility. Lead times, packaging, and delivery details depend on the manufacturer.


CUSTOM-BUILT, MADE-TO-ORDER, ASSEMBLED, PROGRAMMED & CONFIGURED PRODUCTS

Certain Triple Seven products are custom-built or individually configured for the customer. These include items requiring programming, coding, assembly, firmware matching, calibration, or specialized production.

By ordering such products, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Extended Production Times

Lead times vary based on:

  • Component availability

  • Manufacturing schedules

  • Engineering, programming, or coding requirements

  • Quality-control processes

All provided timelines are estimates and may shift.

2. Non-Cancelable, Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable

Due to their individualized nature, custom-built products:

  • Cannot be canceled

  • Cannot be refunded

  • Cannot be returned

This applies regardless of lead-time delays or external manufacturing issues.

3. Accuracy of Vehicle Information

Many custom-built products require:

  • VIN confirmation

  • Model/trim/year verification

  • Protocol or firmware matching

  • Detailed vehicle configuration

The customer is solely responsible for supplying accurate information. Incorrect information does not qualify for refunds or rework.

4. Delivery Dates Cannot Be Guaranteed

Custom items rely on engineering workflows and materials availability.
Delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

5. Warranty Limitations

Warranty coverage varies based on:

  • Triple Seven’s limited warranty (for Triple Seven–branded parts only)

  • Manufacturer warranties for any third-party components

  • Limitations on electronically programmed or firmware-based items

Certain custom-coded items may carry limited or no warranty.

6. Installation & Compatibility Responsibility

The customer acknowledges that:

  • Professional installation is mandatory

  • Vehicle modifications may be required

  • Compatibility may be affected by existing aftermarket parts

  • Incorrect installation voids warranty and support

7. Binding Agreement

Purchasing a custom-built product constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of all terms in this section and the full policy page.


REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason:

  • Configured or built-to-order products

  • Custom invoices

  • Freight/LTL-shipped items

  • International orders once they depart the warehouse

  • Replacement parts

  • Special Order items

  • Sale, Clearance, Discontinued, or Open Box products

These items are final sale.


General Return Eligibility

Eligible returns must meet all of the following:

  • Completely unused

  • In 100% original packaging

  • Includes all components and hardware

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

Installed, test-fitted, altered, damaged, or improperly packaged items will be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Unauthorized returns will also be returned at the customer’s expense.


Refund Fees and Costs

All cancellations and refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-recoverable payment processor charges.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Return Inspection and Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after:

  1. The item is physically returned to our warehouse

  2. Our team completes a full inspection

  3. The return is formally approved

Returns denied upon inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Price Adjustments

We do not offer partial refunds or credits for price changes occurring after an order is placed.


INSTALLATION POLICY

Installation of Triple Seven products must be performed by a certified professional.

Triple Seven is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Broken or damaged tabs, clips, brackets, or wiring

  • Vehicle damage

  • Labor or shop fees

  • Modifications required for proper fitment

Installation-related damage is not eligible for refund or warranty coverage.


FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Triple Seven provides fitment data based on manufacturer information and internal research. However:

  • Trim, regional, manufacturing, and production-year variations exist

  • OEM manufacturers may change specifications without notice

  • Existing vehicle modifications may impact compatibility

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.
Triple Seven is not responsible for incorrect part selection.


VEHICLE MODIFICATION, SAFETY SYSTEMS & LEGAL COMPLIANCE LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing or installing any Triple Seven product, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Legal Compliance Is the Customer’s Exclusive Responsibility

Customers must ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal laws regulating:

  • Airbag and SRS systems

  • Emissions

  • Safety equipment

  • Inspection and registration

  • Lighting and noise standards

  • Road-use requirements

Triple Seven does not guarantee the legality of any product for street use.

2. Certain Products Are Intended for Off-Road / Competition Use

Many products may:

  • Disable, bypass, alter, or interfere with safety systems

  • Be illegal for public-road use

  • Be intended strictly for racing or track applications

3. Customer Assumes All Risk

The customer assumes all risk of modifying or removing safety systems, including airbags, crash sensors, seatbelt systems, or ADAS features.

Risks include:

  • Injury

  • Disability

  • Death

  • Vehicle damage

  • Property loss

  • Loss of control

4. Triple Seven Bears No Liability

Triple Seven is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Vehicle damage or property loss

  • Legal penalties

  • Accidents, collisions, or failures

  • Misuse or improper installation

5. Customer Must Indemnify Triple Seven

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple Seven from:

  • Lawsuits

  • Claims

  • Penalties

  • Losses

  • Attorney’s fees

arising from any installation, modification, or use of Triple Seven products.

6. Binding Acceptance

Purchasing any product constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of all terms.


WARRANTY POLICY

Triple Seven Limited Warranty (One Year)

Triple Seven products include a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage

  • Improper installation

  • Wear and tear

  • Modifications

  • Electrical issues caused by wiring or installation

  • Damage caused by other aftermarket components

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and full documentation.

Triple Seven may repair, replace, or refund the product value.
Labor, shipping, and incidental costs are excluded.


Third-Party Manufacturer Warranties

Products not manufactured by Triple Seven are covered solely under the original manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Terms vary by brand

  • Some products may have limited or no warranty

  • Triple Seven cannot alter or extend these policies

Triple Seven may assist with claim submission, but the manufacturer determines all outcomes.


DISCLAIMERS

  • Aftermarket parts may require modification.

  • Use of off-road or racing products involves inherent risks.

  • Customers assume all responsibility for vehicle legality, installation, and safety.

  • Triple Seven is not liable for damages arising from product use, installation, or misuse.
