If your order arrives with items either missing, damaged, incorrect, or some other problem, you will need to reach out to us by one of our contact forms. You MUST let us know about the issue with the order within 30 days of receipt of your order. Always take photos of the packaging and products you received so that we can accurately fix the issue.
